Our Cancellation Policy:

We respect your time and expect the same for our time as well. When we book an appointment for you, we reserve this time in our schedule and it is committed to you. If you are not there, we could have scheduled another client and this affects our other clients and the business overall. We must serve our clients at the highest level and maintain a business at the same time, therefore we do charge cancellation fees depending on the amount of time prior to the cancellation. We thank you for understanding this and your integrity regarding this matter.

Simply do your best to follow our guidelines below should something in life come up. Notifying us immediately when you know you will have to cancel your appointment is greatly appreciated.

Cancellation Fees:

At least 24 hours notice is required to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Clients that cannot honor their appointment should be sure to contact us within this period. The following is the fee structure for cancellations:

More than 24 hours notice – Rescheduled and no charges

Between 12 and 24 hours notice – 50% of services will be charged

Anything less than 12 hours notice will result in 100% charged.
